The registration form is provided by Typeform; when it is opened, Typeform may place its own cookies. The embed is only on the registration page.
Contact form submissions are received by a verification layer running on our own server (form-relay) and are only forwarded to our enquiry system after checking. The purpose is to filter out bulk submissions sent by bots.
As part of this, the sender's IP address, the time of submission and the address of the page the message came from are logged and forwarded together with the submission. An IP address counts as personal data. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — preventing abuse and service overload. Logs of blocked attempts are kept for at most 90 days; for successful submissions the IP address is deleted together with the enquiry.
The forms are also protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. When it is used, data about the visitor's device and browsing behaviour is sent to Google, subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (abuse prevention).
